City Water System

The C-Series is our whole-home system for homes on city water. City water arrives already disinfected — which is good — but it's still carrying chlorine or chloramine, along with some sediment. The C-Series handles both in a clean two-stage build installed where water enters the house.

Stage one — sediment. A pre-filter catches rust, grit, and particulate before it reaches anything else, protecting the rest of the system and your plumbing. Stage two — catalytic carbon. A backwashing carbon tank strips out the chlorine, chloramine, the “pool smell,” and the off-tastes at every tap. That's better-tasting, better-smelling water everywhere — showers that don't dry out your skin, and no chemical smell from the kitchen faucet.

If your home has hard water and you want true soft water — the slick, extra-lather feel, and real scale protection for your fixtures, water heater, and appliances — we add a salt softener. That's the upgrade, and on the in-home visit we test your water and tell you honestly whether your home needs it or whether the filtration alone is plenty.
